Please note that any outstanding amount due with your existing utility company, up until the point when you start receiving bills via Predict-a-Bill, should be settled by you. Upon enrollment with Predict-a-Bill, all future bills will be received through our platform.
You can cancel your services with Predict-a-Bill anytime by contacting us at contact@predictabill.us. After cancellation, you must contact your utility company to initiate the process for a new electricity connection for uninterrupted services.
